1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We partner with reliable courier companies to deliver orders across India.
Estimated Delivery Times :
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 cities: 3–6 business days
Rural/remote areas: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges :
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.
4. Order Tracking :
Once shipped, customers receive:

Tracking number and courier details
- Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts :
If the courier is unable to deliver:
They will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

Report within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos/videos as proof.
