Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Iyengars Home Products, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be canceled, returned, or refunded.


 

Order Cancellation :

Before Shipping : Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation, contact us immediately

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. 

 

After Shipping :

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return (see below).

 

Return & Replacement Policy : 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The item is expired (for consumable items).

Conditions :

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product must be submitted for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food or consumable products that have been opened.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging.

Refund Processing :

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchange Policy :

If an eligible product is damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement.
Replacements are shipped only after verification of the claim.
